the staff quickly resolved the issue and ensured that my room was properly cleaned. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

It's a simple by the road hotel excellente for hollydays with a car, because it's half the way from almost all attractions (maian ruins, riviera maya, cancun, isla cozumel, Tulum) and the states capitais (Merida and Chetumal)

The staff is like family. It's location and price. The best way to get glose to the population and mayan culture.

Great for birdwatching-we just needed a night between condo stays & choose for the price. Nice surprise. Small motel, easy to find, on highway to Coba, close to Tulum. Saw parrots, kiskadees and others in short amount of time. Clean, simple room. WIFI adequate. A/C worked.

Cheap price, helpful staff, AC and clean floors, cleanliness, tranquility.

Everything was fantastic.

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Safe parking. Able to walk into the heart of the city and leave your car behind. I have already recommended it to others.

The hotel cleanliness needs improvement as some rooms have dusty bedsheets, bug-infested walls, and bathrooms that are not well-maintained. noise can be a disturbance during weekends since the hotel is located close to an area known for private parties.

Location is somewhat isolated. We were given one towel and it was dirty with what appeared to be dead insects. If booking here to go on to Coba, its better to find a spot IN Coba. You can't find it online but chances are you will get a room at Hotel Sacbe or Bocalito

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. Situated amidst a serene and picturesque rural setting, it provided a refreshing change of pace from the usual hustle and bustle of a tourist destination. The location was perfect, surrounded by greenery and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to cater to our needs, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities that added to our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing outdoor swimming pool, a great way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The hotel was difficult to access without a car. the amenities were lacking.
